Online tutorials may take place using services such as Zoom or another agreed video-conferencing platform.

These services may process certain technical or account information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Students and parents should review the privacy information provided by the relevant service where appropriate.

Online tutorials are not routinely recorded by Edumat.

If I ever wish to record a tutorial for a specific purpose, this will not be done without appropriate prior agreement and, where required, consent.

Where the student is a child, appropriate permission will be obtained from a parent or guardian where required.

Permission to use such material for promotional purposes is separate from receiving tuition and may be withdrawn for future use by contacting me.

There may be exceptional circumstances in which information needs to be shared without consent, for example where I am required to do so by law or where there is a serious safeguarding concern.
